Rustan's Supermarket Fresh Shopping Rewards Program...A Breath of Fresh Suprises!

To Join:
All you have to do is:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Fill up the application form at the Customer Service Booth at any Rustan’s Supermarket Branch and present one (1) valid ID with picture.

  • Submit the form together with any of the following:

    • P200 application fee, or

    • Accumulated receipts worth P5,000 for purchases made within the last 90 days prior to the application for a Fresh Card.  Receipts should not have been used in earning or in claiming any previous points.

You can claim your Rustan’s Fresh Card instantly!  Just key in your 4-digit PIN and you can start using your Fresh card right away!



To Earn Points:
Just present your Fresh card to the cashier before any purchase to earn Points.  No Card, No Points.

Only Cash and Credit card purchases will earn points.  Purchases using Promo Vouchers, Merchandise Return and Exchange slips will not earn points.

For every Peso purchases of any item from Rustan’s Supermarket, Shopwise, or Royal Duty Free Subic, you get one (1) point.  P1 = 1 point  Purchases are rounded off to the nearest whole number.



To Redeem:
When you earn 10,000 points, you can exchange it for one (1) P100.00 promo voucher/electronic gift certificate.

You can claim your rewards at the Customer Service Booth at any Rustan’s Supermarket branch. Present your Fresh card and valid ID with picture. Points must be claimed within one (1) year from the time they were earned.  Failure to redeem within the given time period will mean automatic forfeiture of all earned points and Promo Vouchers.



To check your points:
Just visit the Customer Service booth at any Rustan’s Supermarket to inquire about your points.  You may also inquire about your points at the Wiseclub booth at Shopwise branch or at the Customer Service booth in the Royal Duty Free Shops in Subic.



To replace lost/damaged cards:
Just go to the Customer Service booth and fill up the Update form. Present a valid ID with picture. Pay the P50 replacement fee and claim your new Fresh Card instantly. For replacements of damaged cards, the damaged card must be surrendered.  For security purposes, a new account number will be assigned for every card replacement.  All points earned from the previous account will be transferred to the new account number.



To change PIN:
Just go to the Customer Service booth and present two (2) valid IDs with picture to the customer service personnel. Your card will be swiped and you will be asked to enter a new PIN.



To change personal data:
Keep your personal information up to date by reporting any change to the Customer Service personnel.  Fill up the Data Update Form for record purposes.
